Cancellation Policy
Please Read Carefully.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Each client is given a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and needs to be rescheduled.
A 50% service fee will be charged for no-call, no show appointments.
After one no show appointment, a deposit may be required to book future services.
Failure to pay the invoice will result in being banned from future bookings.
One additional guest is permitted. No children allowed.
